Financial Strategist | Investment Thought Leader | Speaker
For decades, investing has been driven by outdated models—systems built for a world that no longer exists. Traditional finance focuses on endless growth, disconnected from the real-world economy. But the future isn’t about chasing speculation. It’s about resilience, adaptability, and aligning capital with what actually matters.
I help investors, entrepreneurs, and changemakers navigate this shift, rethink their financial strategies, and position themselves for the evolving world ahead.
I didn’t arrive at this work by following a conventional path—because convention is exactly what I stepped away from.
I spent years in traditional finance, working as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and advising clients on investment strategies. But over time, I started noticing patterns that didn’t add up. Investors were putting money into a system that no longer reflected reality. The financial world was operating as if nothing had changed, while everything was changing.
I wasn’t just watching markets. I was watching human behavior, global shifts, and the bigger patterns shaping our future. It became clear that capital needed to move differently—not just for individual returns, but for long-term sustainability and security.
So, I stepped away. I gave myself space to think, to observe, and to ask:
* What would finance look like if it truly supported the world we’re moving into?
* How can investors build wealth in ways that align with resilience, not just volatility?
* What if we designed investment strategies with a deeper awareness of where things are actually going?
These questions led me to a new approach—one that goes beyond traditional investing, beyond outdated economic models, and into a future where money is an intentional force for both stability and evolution.
The name Happy Big Girl didn’t come from a branding exercise. It came from synchronicity.
When my niece, Louisa Jade, was a baby, my brother—naturally a funny guy—had a way of making her stop crying. He’d excitedly say, “Is that Louisa? Is that Louisa Jade from happybiggirl.com?” and she’d instantly calm down. It was such an effective trick that I thought it was only right to buy the domain for her 2nd birthday.
But as fate (or something greater) would have it, my brother and his wife weren’t keen on sharing photos of her online, so the domain sat unused. A year later, when I left my financial practice and needed a new home for my work, I realized—I already owned the perfect name.
To me, Happy Big Girl means:
🔹 Happy – Living and investing in alignment, free from fear-based decisions.
🔹 Big – Thinking beyond traditional models, seeing the bigger picture.
🔹 Girl – Trusting intuition and embracing the evolution happening all around us.
At its core, Happy Big Girl is about playing big, not small. Investing with vision, not limitation. Creating the future, not just reacting to it.
